  19. Nobody has any clue, least of all the people at Microsoft.  I have a
  20. 16 meg system and the more objects I load into LightWave the more
  21. free memory the system has.  Go figure.  We can only conclude that
  22. memory management on Windows is confused, to put it nicely.  (The
  23. more apt analogy would be to a patient with a flat EEG.)  I think
  24. we're going to take out the memory readout in the final just because
  25. it seems to be adding negative value.
